Installing Kdvi in ubuntu 9.04

1. edit (in sudo of course) /etc/apt/sources.list
2. add "deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid universe multiverse" at the last line
3. run: sudo apt-get update
4. run: sudo apt-get install kdvi

Kile & ubuntu 9.04

Kile 2.1 becomes extremely slow in ubuntu 9.04.

A provisional solution for this problem is starting Kile with the command:

$ kile --graphicssystem raster
